Plumas National Forest Seeks OHV Grant Application to Tighten Law Enforcement Patrols

The Plumas National Forest is asking for your input on developing a proposal for the California Off Highway Vehicle grant application at an open house meeting. The National Forest is seeking to place an emphasis on law enforcement patrols to reduce people driving off highway vehicles in unauthorized areas who form new trails, as well as performing registration and safety gear checks. You can share your thoughts Thursday, March 3rd from 5:30p to 6:30p. The completed preliminary grant application will be available by March 8th.
