Plumas County Launches Strategic Plan Survey for Community Input

SHARE NOW

The Plumas County Strategic Plan Survey is the beginning of the strategic planning process, designed to develop a Plumas County organizational mission statement, vision statement, and list of values. During a special meeting held June 30, the Plumas County Board of Supervisors made the motion to work on a high-level organizational strategic plan to align with the current budget cycle, with a plan presented at the adoption of the 2025-2026 fiscal year budget. This is a first-of-its-kind effort for Plumas County as an organization.

Now, Plumas County needs public input. Whether a current employee of Plumas County or a part-time resident, every voice matters in this process. A survey can be found on the Plumas County website on the board of supervisors’ Strategic Planning page or at this direct : https://forms.office.com/r/RYKwJg5jvV The survey will be open from August 13 through 31.
