Plumas County Office of Education and Unified School District honored Tony Arcanqeli. It’s School Bus Safety Week and Tony Arcangeli is being recognized by the California Highway Patrol for his many years of exemplary school bus driver training. CHP in Quincy stated that they were so proud of the dedication to safety, knowledge, and skills he brings to every training he does, and of the excellent school bus drivers he’s mentored over the years.
