This coming Tuesday a decision will be made on the Lassen county ordinance to allow up to 5 use permits for indoor cannabis cultivation. The Lassen Planning commission will be holding a public hearing to approve the amendment to Title 18 that would allow the cannabis use permits within industrial zoning within the county. If approved the ordinance will be brought to the board of supervisors for final approval. You can attend Tuesday May 3rd in Supervisors chambers at 707 Nevada street. The commission begins the meeting at 1pm, the public hearing for the amendment to Title 18 is set for 1:35.
