PG&E is pulling the plug for Crescent mills, Indian Valley, and Greenville this Saturday. The company is working to correct the periodic loss of power in the Indian Valley Greenville areas due to the temporary generator that has been in place at the Crescent mills substation since the Dixie Fire. PG&E says lines are being tripped by frequency swings from the generators and they will be switching out the temporary units in efforts to improve reliability. The planned power outage will last from 1am to 6:30am.
