You can expect a loss in power Thursday night. PG&E will be upgrading their Pit 1 Powerhouse substation. If you live in Fall River Mills, McArthur, Bieber, Nubieber and Little Valley you will be without power from 10 p.m. Thursday and lasting until about 7 a.m Friday. Work on the substation began in September and is expected to be completed within a year.
