An Oregon man lands himself in jail over road rage incident on highway 44. This Saturday the Susanville CHP department received a call that a handgun was pointed at the callers vehicle from the car passing them. CHP officers immediately began looking for the suspect vehicle, and located it as it was traveling through Susanville. CHP officers were able to stop the vehicle in the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot. During their investigation officers found two loaded firearms and both occupants of the vehicle were detained. The suspect driver was arrested for pointing a firearm at an occupied vehicle on a public highway and concealing a loaded firearm in a vehicle. The passenger was released on a citation for possessing a concealed firearm in a vehicle. The suspect driver, James Ingledue, a 54 year male from Grants Pass Oregon, was booked at the Lassen County jail.
