The search for a man missing from the Standish area continues after over a month passes since his disappearance. Sandy Weaver went missing on July 16th just before midnight as he set out to walk back home from a friend’s home along County Road A-3 and Alexander. He is described as a white, 34 year old male, last seen wearing jeans and a black shirt.
The Lassen County Sheriff’s Department is seeking any information that may lead to his whereabouts and a 500 dollar reward has been issued for any information on his location.
His family continues to plea to the community to come forward, saying that it highly unlike Sandy to have just left. You can call the Sheriff’s office at 257-6121.
