27 percent of properties in Plumas County that were affected by the recent wildfires have been cleared of eligible debris. Nearly 600 property owners in the county have enrolled in the debris removal programs. Work on the highways to clear hazardous trees and repair the roadsides also sees good progress. Caltrans is still completing those projects and you can expect delays along hwy 89 and 70 with some being as long as 40 minute wait times. Lassen County debris removal has reached 16% since work began several weeks ago.
