In addition to the 30-minute delays through the Jarbo gap and Greenville wye along SR 70, you can add 10 minutes as Caltrans prepares to start more culvert work near Grizzly Creek Bridge. Caltrans will begin work on Sept. 19 to improve water drainage by replacing four culverts just west of the Grizzly Creek Bridge to the west of Twain Road. There will be one-way traffic controls throughout the area from Monday – Friday during daytime hours. The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of October.
