Only Pro Tem Councilman Brian Moore supported the request while Stafford and McCourt quickly voiced no votes, and Hererra responded with a case that the people have spoken and the majority want the industry here and bring it back to the council to place on the ballot will only incur more costs to the city. Commercial cannabis activity continues to further divide not only the community but the city council.
