Lassen Municipal utility district holds its monthly board meeting this evening. Items to be discussed include a public hearing for the increase to the excess generation rate for those who participate in the district’s solar buyback program. General manager Pat Holley will also be requesting a public hearing to be set for an increase to the net meter rate schedule, and updates on outage reports and ongoing projects will also be discussed. The meeting begins at 5:30 on S. Roop street in Uptown Susanville.
