Lassen Municipal Utility District says they will disconnect from the PG&E system this morning. From 7 am, the utility will receive power from Honey Lake through June 23rd. T
his effort is being made to allow PG&E crews to perform maintenance on the Caribou transmission line, one of PG&E’s oldest transmission lines. LMUD says you do not need to expect any outages or interruptions to your service since this is a planned islanding event.
LMUD will return to PG&E’s transmission line by 1 pm next Friday
