Lassen Volcanic Park Hosts One-of-a-Kind Musical Performance

This evening you can attend a one-of-a-kind performance in the Lassen Volcanic National Park.

The Grand Valley State University New Music Ensemble will take center stage, showcasing unique compositions inspired by the National Parks. Lassen Volcanic Park Service says the park is honored to be among five National Parks selected as a performance venue for this musical experience. This is the 6th time the ensemble has toured, taking the music that reflects the natural beauty of the parks on a 20-day, 6,000-mile tour.
The orchestra will perform at the Manzanita Lake Amphitheater at 7pm. Admission is free of charge, with no reservations required.
