Public Notice: Request for Proposals
Project: Shingletown Phase 2 – Shaded Fuelbreak – Community Treatments & Lyonsville Project
Mastication
Lassen Fire Safe Council, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified mastication operators to implement mastication treatments to reduce hazardous wildfire fuels in the Shingletown and Paynes Creek areas. The project covers approximately 1,741 acres of private timberlands between Plum Creek Road and Highway 36 and in Shingletown/ Viola in Tehama and Shasta Counties.
Project Tour: A self-guided tour is scheduled for October 6th – October 8th.
