Lassen County Teachers Association is asking for fair pay for fair work. They stated that Lassen Teachers Deserve Fairness and
every school district in our county has given their teachers a raise this year—except ours. Lassen High School teachers work tirelessly every day to educate, support, and inspire our students. Despite the district receiving a 2.3% Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), our teachers saw no increase in their pay. They highlighted the Lassen Union High School District budget and compared salary to budget.
The Lassen County Teachers Association stated that Lassen County educators deserve recognition and fair compensation for their hard work and dedication.
