Lassen County’s planning and building services have released the draft of the Housing Element.
The draft details specific goals, policies, and objectives to guide housing development in unincorporated areas of the county.
While in the draft phase, the planning department will compile your input to develop new Housing Element Policies and programs and modify existing ones.
Comments can be made through February 23, 2024. Your comments may be mailed/delivered to Gaylon Norwood, Deputy Director at 707 Nevada Street, Susanville, CA 96130, or emailed to [email protected] by Friday, February 23, 2024. After that date, comments may continue to be submitted to the State at: [email protected].
