There will be a meeting of the Lassen county planning commission Wednesday. 435 acres in the Richmond Gold run area plan of 1993 is being proposed to be divided. Two parcels of 153 acres and another of 282 acres is proposed. The existing location 3 miles west of Gold run rd and Richmond rd intersection has a current land use designation of rural residential, planned unit development, general forest, agriculture, and estate residential. The meeting is set to start at 1:10 at the Board of Supervisor Chambers on Nevada Street this Wednesday.
