Current and Past Lassen County 4-H Ambassadors participated in a civic engagement project by asking the local Board of Supervisors to adopt the Proclamation designating National 4-H week October 5th-11, 2025. The Board passed the Proclamation and we are very appreciative of their support!!!
Club members were provided with the opportunity to learn about the legislative process and county government, who their elected officials are, and how to communicate with them. They wrote thank you letters to Assembly Majority Leader Cecilia Aguiar-Curry for sponsoring Assembly Resolution HR 66 and Heather Hadwick for voting in favor of the resolution.
