The Lake Almanor Area Chamber of Commerce invites the community to Merchants’ Night, Friday, Nov. 28. The event will run from 4 to 8 p.m. on Main Street, featuring bonfires, refreshments and extended store hours. Organizers promise a festive atmosphere “perfect for families and friends to gather and celebrate together.”
The schedule includes
- Gathering in Chester Park, 5 p.m.
- Blue Star Moms welcome
- Youth dance performance
- Carols by candlelight
- Community tree lighting, 5:30 p.m.
- Skate rink opens
- Santa arrives on Main Street, 6:15 p.m.
- Photos with Santa at Forever Home & Outdoor, 168 Main St., starting at 6:30 p.m.
The chamber points out that Merchants’ Night “not only showcases unique shopping opportunities but also reinforces the chamber’s dedication to enhancing the quality of life in the Lake Almanor area through community-focused gatherings that support local commerce.”
