There is new royalty in Lassen County. The 2024 Miss Lassen court was crowned in Wednesday’s Pageant at the Grandstands at the Lassen County Fair.
Miss Julienne Bennett is your new Miss Lassen County. Her court includes Princess Abigail Vincent and Ambassadress of Susanville, Lily Ammon.
Other results from the pageant contestants included Cali Palmer receiving most photogenic, Linalba Moraga taking home the community service award, and Julienne, in addition to her crown, being awarded Miss Congeniality and Most Talented for her dance performance rendition of Michael Jackson, where she flawlessly executed Jackson’s iconic moonwalk.
Miss Lassen County receives a 1000-dollar scholarship, while the princess and ambassadress take home a 300 and 200-dollar prize.
Congratulations to all ten contestants for their dedication and hard work. You will see the new court throughout fair week and catch a glimpse of the ladies in the Fair Parade this Saturday at 10 am down Main Street in Susanville.
