Intro to Sustainable Foods Course begins at Feather River College on January 20th
Learn about local and global food systems and their ecological, economic and social sustainability. Explore Plumas County’s local food and farming movement and get an introduction to the basic concepts of farm design and management. Labs include field days to local farms, gardens, and community-based food projects.
