An early morning collision on icy US395 leaves at least one injured.
Just after 8 am CHP Susanville and Plumas County Sheriff’s responded to the incident. Initial reports say a Caltrans snowplow was hit from behind after a vehicle hit ice and spun out. A third vehicle may have also been involved. It is unknown if there were any injuries due to the collision.

The northbound lane of the highway was reported closed North of Constantia as of 9:30am by Caltrans
