All lanes Re-opened, high wind advisory in place
395 Update 12:45pm
CHP keeps 395 closed to high profile vehicles due to the high winds.
Smaller profile vehicles are allow through at this time. Use caution when travelling as visibility may remain low.
All accidents and roll overs have been moved onto the shoulder.
US-395 is closed in both directions to all vehicles from hallelujah ct at hwy 70 to County Road A3. The wind is blowing dirt and ash from the Beckwourth Fire scar onto the roadway. Visibility is almost zero and CHP is reporting multiple accidents and rollovers. High winds are expected to last through this evening at 5. Travel from the Susanville Ford to A3 is closed to high profile vehicles at this time as well.
