Smile, California, the statewide Medi-Cal dental campaign, announces it is hosting a free mobile dental clinic at the Chester Wellness and Family Resource Center June 1 and 2, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Representatives say this event brings essential dental services directly to children and families — many of whom face significant barriers to accessing care in rural communities.
Services are available for all ages and include
- Exams and cleanings
- X-rays
- Sealants and fluoride varnish
- Basic restorative care
- Simple extractions
The center is located at 372 Main St. Appointments are still available. Walk-ins are welcome, and those wishing to schedule an appointment can call 1-888-585-3368.
