on 12/05/2025 at 21:28 Janesville Fire was dispatched to a trailer fire on arrival at scene found a fully involved trailer with extension to adjacent outbuilding and also Lassen County Sheriff advised that a female occupant might still be inside. through coordinated response by Janesville Fire Protection District, CALFIRE, and Milford Fire Department we were able to get a knockdown and recover the deceased victim. The cause of the fire is unknown and still under investigation.
