A drunk driver causes a head-on collision on Highway 395. This Wednesday, the Modoc County Sheriff’s Department responded to a head-on vehicle accident on State Highway 395 North of Likely, California.
Greely Bautista, age 24, a resident from Likely, drove into the opposite lane on 395 and collided with an oncoming vehicle. Officers arrived on the scene and found Greely intoxicated and under the influence of alcohol.
Greely was transported to a local hospital by Air ambulance. The two individuals in the other vehicle sustained moderate injuries and were released from Modac Medical Center. This accident is still under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
