A 22 year old San Jose man, Jacob Labosky, was arrested in Paradise with possession of several hundred pills of Adderall and Benzodiazepines, both controlled substances, as well as firearms and over a thousand rounds of ammunition. Officers responded to the area of Piney Ridge Road and Pentz Road for a suspicious subject who was lighting a fire. As officers approached the man it was apparent that he was under the influence of drugs. That’s when officers search Labosky, finding the illegal paraphernalia. With the assistance of the Butte County Interagency Narcotics Task Force he was booked into the Butte county Jail on July 29th.
