From now through August 9th, Elections offices will be accepting Declarations of candidacy and nominations.
The filing period officially opened yesterday, and all who wish to run for local offices on the November 5th Presidential General Election ballot must stop by the elections office before the deadline to complete the necessary paperwork.
The Lassen Elections office reminds those who would like to submit a statement of qualifications to submit their statement and fees on the same day as filing.
