Biscar Fire Grows to 40000 Acres US 395 Reopening with Traffic Controls and Wildlife Caution

The Biscar fire is now 40000 acres and 5% contained. CHP has announced that US-395 will reopen at 7:30 pm on July 20. Traffic control and pilot vehicles will guide drivers between Mile Post Marker 91 and 99.5.

Expect displaced livestock and wildlife along this stretch. Drive with caution.
