The Indian Valley Museum announces that this year’s Antique and Collectibles Valuation Day is set for May 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum in Taylorsville.
Organizers invite community members with with old items they have always wondered about to attend the event to have fun and get answers to questions like:
- What was it?
- Where did it came from?
- How much might it be worth?
Participants can bring up to four items for evaluation by a professional appraiser. The cost is $8 per item or four items for $24. Lunch is available for $12 and includes sandwiches, side dishes, chips, drinks and dessert.
