A four year old Quincy boy was shot in the abdomen after an accidental firearm discharge Saturday afternoon. The boy was life-flighted to Renown in Reno for medical treatment. A Jason M. Gilliam of Quincy was later arrested after investigation for child endangerment and criminal storage of a firearm.
