The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help in locating a missing Quincy man.
A family member has reported 37-year-old Billy McIntosh missing in Quincy. He was last seen on 5/20/24 in Quincy, wearing a gray cap, light-colored T-shirt, blue shorts, and tennis shoes. He’s 5’8″, Indigenous American, with black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes, weighing 155 lbs.
Family says he is known to frequent the Quincy and Greenville areas. He does not have a vehicle or cell phone.
