The Lassen County Cattlemen and Cattlewomen are proud to host our 37th Annual “A Taste of Beef, A Sip of Wine” fundraiser on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at The Susanville Elks Lodge.
This event is often heralded as Lassen County’s “social event of the year,” featuring delicious beef appetizers, fine wines, and craft beers. Each year, the evening attracts 300–400 attendees from across the county.
Proceeds from this event directly benefit local agriculture scholarships, youth activities, and Ag in the Classroom programs, helping support the future of agriculture in our community.
