Another round of snow is on the way for the weekend, and the UC Berkley Snow Lab in Soda Springs says it’s time to get ready. Over the last 24 hours, the lab received another 10 inches of snow to reach a total accumulation of almost 2 feet with the latest round. Into this weekend, another 2-4″ is expected. Multiple storms are lining up with snow that will likely begin Thursday into Friday and pick up Saturday into Sunday. Today and tomorrow will be the best window for travel this week and the opportunity to prepare for the next round of significant snowfall.
