Repaving work along Richmond road is wrapping up, and the Susanville Public Works Department will begin work along two other streets.
You can expect a slowdown along Paul Bunyan from Hwy 139 to Skyline starting next Tuesday when work is scheduled to begin. The roads department will repave during daytime hours; you will see one-way traffic controls guided by a pilot car during ongoing work. Bob Godman, Public works Director says work is expected to last up to 2 days.
You should plan an alternative route around the area as you may see significant delays during periods of heavy traffic from local schools.
Following work on Paul Bunyan repaving will begin on Spring Ridge Drive from Anderson Way by the Hospital.
