Susanville CHP Officer Aaron Mclain, has been recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Officer Mclain was awarded for taking 40 impaired drivers off the road this past year. Retired Livermore PD officer Wesley Morgan and his wife traveled to Susanville to deliver the award this past week. MADD is a program dedicated to ending drunk driving, helping fight drugged driving, supporting the victims of these crimes, and preventing underage drinking. Each year the organization recognizes and honors Law Enforcement Officers for their continuous efforts in DUI enforcement, during an annual MADD Law Enforcement Recognition Event.
