Law enforcement in Plumas County will come together to bring to the community the first-ever Law Enforcement Fair. Plumas Sheriff’s, Quincy California Highway Patrol, Department of Fish and Wildlife warden, Forest Service, and Cal OES officers will come together to meet and greet you and the community to get to know each other. The effort follows the example of Modoc County sheriff’s Office’s annual law enforcement fair held each year to kick off Law Enforcement appreciation month in May. At the Plumas law enforcement fair, you can enjoy games, K9 demonstrations, special emergency vehicles, giveaways, and more. The event will take place on August 27th from 3 to 7 pm at Herb Roe Park in Graeagle.
