Commercial cannabis ordinance passes in Susanville city limits, now the county moves to amend the current code under Title18. A public hearing will happen in two weeks to add a section to allow up to five use permit applications to allow indoor commercial cannabis cultivation in industrial zoning districts in the county. That hearing is set for May 17th at 10am in the Board of Supervisor Chambers.
