Susanville’s City Council takes on a packed agenda this Wednesday. The council will be discussing an update for bees within city limits. Currently the ordinance is vague in allowing the keeping of bees within city limits. The council will also be reviewing a modified expenditure reduction plan as the original draft was voted down in a 3-2 vote for timeline delivery of its proposed phases. City Administrator, Dan Newton will also be presenting on the CalPers retirement refinancing, that also aims to save the city money. The meeting will be this Wednesday, April 6th at the city hall set for 5pm. You can attend in person or virtually through the city’s administrative website.
