The Susanville City Council will be meeting this Wednesday. You will be able to address any concerns or thoughts to the council during public comment. The council will be hearing a discussion on expanding land use for T-Mobile generators. The company wishes to build a 10ft by 13ft pad behind the Frank Ernaga baseball field to hold its back-up generator. It will bring the city an extra 600 dollars a month in rent. The council will also look at approving the Public Works Director to enter a contract to make emergency repairs to a storage tank area that has electrical line that was not installed to code that is now having continuity problems. It will cost 30,000 dollars that will come from the water division fund . There will also be a report from DANCO supportive housing on their status of a project to develop a permanent supportive and affordable housing complex in the city limits that was approved by the Lassen County Board of Supervisors. The meeting will start at 5pm at 66 N. Lassen Street.
