COVID paid sick leave ends throughout CA. If you were suffering from COVID, vaccine side effects, or under quarantine you were entitled to up to 80 hrs of paid COVID sick leave. That has now ended as the bill has expired as well as the bill that funds employers to add the extension of paid sick leave. The bill was enacted back in March of this year and Employers will be returning back to only three full days of paid sick leave.
