Residents of Plumas and Lassen counties can now learn more about their local emergency medical services through a newly launched website for Sierra Regional EMS.
The website introduces the team providing ground and air ambulance services throughout the region and offers information about the organization’s mission, leadership, career opportunities, and contact information.
Sierra Regional EMS, operated by Plumas District Hospital, recently assumed responsibility for emergency medical services in Plumas and Lassen counties. Hospital officials say the program builds on more than 50 years of providing emergency medical care to rural communities.
The new website also highlights the agency’s commitment to delivering advanced emergency medical services and gives residents a closer look at the people and resources supporting emergency response across the two counties.
