Nearly 900 homes are without power early Tuesday morning, July 7, around the Eagle Lake area. Lassen Municipal Utility District says the outage occurred around 8:00 a.m. North of Merrillville Rd including those on Merriville Rd.

No cause of the outage has been reported, but officials say crews are working to pinpoint the issue.
Customers are asked ot report outages by calling LMUD offices at 530-257-4174.
