Project: Collaborative Dyer WUI Fuels Phase II and East Shore Shaded Fuel Break – Phase I Mastication
Lassen Fire Safe Council, Inc. and Plumas County Fire Safe Council are seeking proposals from qualified mastication operators to implement mastication treatments to reduce hazardous wildfire fuels in the Lake Almanor/ Westwood area. The project covers approximately 1,400 acres of private timberlands between Canyon Dam and Westwood in Plumas and Lassen Counties.
A contractor tour is scheduled for 6/12/2026.
