The California Community College Fastpitch Coaches Association has announced the 2026 All-State teams, Players, Pitchers, and Coaches of the Year awards.

Eighteen players from the North and 18 players from the South make up the All-State teams. Fifteen players from the North and 15 players from the South make up the All-Northern and All-Southern teams.

NORCAL END OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Nia Mapa is the Northern Player of the Year. She led the San Mateo Bulldogs to a consensus No. 1 ranking in the state from the preseason all the way until the end of the regular season. Maps slashed .451/.541/931 with 14 homers and 41 RBI. She was no slouch in the circle, going 8-0 with a 1.49 ERA and 30 strikeouts. Mapa and the Bulldogs look to win back-to-back state championships as the postseason looms.

Elisa Galli of San Joaquin Delta was named the Northern Pitcher of the Year. Galli was one of two pitchers in the state to post a WHIP under one – .94. She struck out 178 hitters in 196.2 innings pitched, while walking just 29. She amassed a 22-4 record for the Mustangs while pitching to a 1.74 ERA.

Nicole Quigley-Borg of the San Mateo Bulldogs earned the north’s Coach of the Year honors. Quigley Borg helped the Bulldogs to a 37-1 record in 2026, fresh off a state title in 2025. Under her tutelage, the Bulldogs have gone 53-1 dating back to last April.

SOUTH END OF THE YEAR AWARDS

Alexis Huey earned the South’s Player of the Year honors. An All-Southern Team selection in 2025, Huey spearheaded one of the state’s best offenses in Palomar. She slashed a gaudy .557/.613/1.191 with 20 homers and 65 RBI. Huey and the Comets led the top spot in the south all season long. They look to return to the state title game after falling in the State Championship to San Mateo last season, 7-4.

Tatyana Cortez of Cerritos was named the Southern Pitcher of the Year. Cortez led the Falcons to the two seed in the south, winning 26 games – second in the state with an overall record of 26-6 – with a 2.13 ERA in 181 innings pitched. Cortez led the state in strikeouts with 227. She was one of two pitchers to strike out 200 or more hitters.

Palomar’s Lacey Craft is the South’s Coach of the Year. Craft repeated as the south’s coach of the year as the Comets finished the regular season at 37-1 and hold the south’s one seed in the tournament. They host the winner of Canyons or Moorpark in the first round.
