On March 25-26, Blake Ellis from the Chico State Enterprise Ecotherapy Team, with support from SPI, joined teachers and students from Greenville Elementary School and Indian Valley Academy to explore the forest stands above Round Valley Reservoir and plant several hundred trees in the Greenville Cemetery Forest.
Now almost 6 years after the Dixie Fire, the efforts of local students have replanted their Learning Landscapes Forest. It is a testament to the resilience of our communities and Mountain Kids who are making the difference. So proud of them and grateful to our partners who help the lift.
