The Chester Public Utility District invites all residents to join an important community discussion regarding its proposed rate increase of 25 to 42% for water and wastewater, set to take effect July 1.
Anyone wishing to participate or voice thoughts or concerns is invited to attend the regularly scheduled CPUD board meeting Monday, March 16, beginning at 3 p.m. The rate increase discussion will be held afterward, at 5 p.m. The meetings will be held at 251 Chester Airport Road.
