The Lassen County Office of Education (LCOE) Care Team is excited to announce the 2026 Student Sticker Contest, inviting students to creatively express what mental wellness means to them through art. This year’s theme, “Picture This: A Healthier Mind,” encourages students to reflect on hope, coping, and connection in a way that is both personal and meaningful. Inspired by the idea that a single image can tell a powerful story, students are challenged to design an original sticker that visually represents mental health. Using images, colors, and creativity, participants are asked to “draw out” their understanding of mental wellness, much like a game of Pictionary, where one doodle can communicate a deeper message.
The contest is open to students across Lassen County, and submissions must follow these guidelines:
• Artwork must be created on a full-size sheet of paper
• Any medium is accepted, including markers, colored pencils, or paint
• All submissions must be original, school-appropriate, and include a completed signature form
Completed artwork is due Thursday, February 27, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Submissions should be
turned in at the Lassen County Office of Education, located at 472-013 Johnstonville Road North, Susanville, CA 96130.
The Student Sticker Contest is part of LCOE’s ongoing commitment to supporting student well being and promoting positive conversations around mental health. Selected designs may be featured in future Care Team materials as a way to amplify student voices and creativity.
