12/26 6:45 PM: At this time, there are still customers without power on Sierra Road, Adeline Street, Coppervale Area and sporadically throughout our service territory. Crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power. You can view our outage map by visiting lmud.org and clicking on the Outage Center link on the homepage. We will continue to update you with information as it becomes available. To report an outage, please call 530-257-4174. 12/26 2:15 PM: Crews have completed repairs to facilities serving Westwood and Pinetown. Power has been restored to all customers in those areas.
12/26 1:30 PM: Crews are responding to reports of outages throughout our service territory, including the east side of Westwood, Pinetown approximately 250 customers and Horse Lake Rd. There are also approximately 25 customers in the Susanville area without power, including 11 on Adeline Street. These outages are primarily caused by heavy snow and ice on the power lines, or tree limbs that have fallen into the lines. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work as quickly and safely as possible to restore power. Please do not respond the outage text alerts to report an outage. 12/26 7:00 AM: Crews have completed repairs and restored power to most customers except Coppervale and some single outages. If you are still without power, please call 530-257-4174.
Crews will be continuing to work to clean up remaining storm damage and complete system repairs and inspections to help prevent future outages. If you see a downed power line, please do not touch the line, remain clear and report to 530-257-4174.
12/26 4:17 AM: LMUD crews are continuing to respond to widespread outages caused by downed trees and branches due to weather. Areas affected include Susanville, Susan Hills, Eagle Lake and Coppervale. Power will be restored slowly as crews work to safely clear trees and repair any damage. We will post more information as it becomes available.
